So, in 3 days we leave for Gatlinburg!! I am so ready. I need a mini-vacation. It is with my in-laws, but I am really looking forward to it. I love my in-laws, I think I really lucked out in the in-law department. My sis in-law is one year older than me and has no kids, so we have a lot in common. Jon and his brother get to spend time together, and their parents crack me up. We are renting a 3 bedroom cabin near Pigeon Forge, it should have a hot tub too! Its all up in the air right now, but I think we are going to go to the Dixie Stampede, the outlet mall (of course), and Jon and I might go tubing and/or hiking one day. I also believe a trip to Apple Barn is planned.
I just have to get through this week. It should be easy seeing I had yesterday off and my week is just going to be a 3 day work week. But don't those always end up being the longest?
I really am excited about the upcoming roadtrip too. Jon and I always have a lot of fun driving together. I as the map reading, co-pilot and he as the law abiding driver (he keeps us from getting speeding tickets).
So, I will make sure the batteries in my camera are charged up and I will try to take some pictures to post.
