Has it only been 3 weeks? It seems soooo much longer. On the brightside, I am about half way through my sentence (if I do the 6 weeks break - next Monday will be halfway if I do the 8 week). It still sucks though. I go to the gym and I see all these people running and it makes me ache. I just want to run. I am finally starting to enjoy spin, and I actually feel like I get a better cardio workout there than I did running (that should be the first clue that I don't push myself when I run), but nothing beats going outside and running.
Another positive report, I've actually been able to loose a few pounds even though I haven't been running (I guess thats because I push myself more in spin...). So I think while I am getting back into running, I will keep up with the spin. It is a good cross training class, and I have started to notice a slight toning in my thighs and butt - never a bad thing!
