35 weeks!

How Far along: 35 weeks, 2 days

Total weight gain: Blah blah blah.

Maternity clothes: Oh, yeah.

Sleep: Pretty good. Up once a night to pee, but I can go back to sleep quickly, so its not that bad. I have developed carpal tunnel in my right wrist, so that pains me 24 hours a day, and it hurts worst at night.

Best moment this week: Work shower at the Olive Garden on Monday (8/23/10). I was expecting just the engineering department, but a bunch of people from downstairs in billing and legal came. I was really surprised and got a lot of nice things. Even though there are things I don't like about this place, you can't deny the camaraderie. Even Jonathan could see that.

Movement: On a schedule. Her favorite place is still in my ribs.

Gender: Sweet baby girl.

Labor signs: No working labor. Braxton hicks are becoming more frequent (4 or 5 a day), and are uncomfortable. I have also experienced lightening crotch. She is still high, but maybe she is starting to move down some.

Belly button: I think its starting to stick out on top after a big meal.

Stretch Marks: No new ones.

Cravings: Nothing new. I'm actually finding that my appetite is much less than normal.

Milestones: I hit 35/35 on Wednesday (8/25/10). 35 weeks, 35 days to go...

This may not be the best quality picture because I took it at work on my phone, but here it is. I will try to get the bare belly pic for comparison tonight, but don't count on it.

Also, I wrote a little note to Claire on facebook the other day. I want to post it here for longevity. It is about her incessant need to be in my ribs...

Dearest Claire,

I am hereby issuing a Cease-and-Desist order to immediately suspend all activity in the location of my right ribs, lest they should break. Should you violate this order, I will remember this event and there will be consequences in 16 years or so.
