18 weeks

Baby's now the size of a sweet potato!
Baby's become amazingly mobile (compared to you, at least), passing the hours yawning, hiccuping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking, and swallowing. And baby is finally big enough that you'll soon be able to feel her movements.

How Far along: 18 weeks, 1 day!

Total weight gain: Blah.

Maternity clothes: I officially hate my maternity pants. Not the jeans, just the khakis. They are the only ones I've found that are long enough and not outrageously expensive. However, they have this crazy waist band. The "normal" button fly waist part of it is huge and gapes. The stretchy maternity part is ok. When I'm bigger I'm sure they will fit fine, but right now I hate them.

Sleep: Still great.

Best Moment this week: I don't know. Not a lot has happened since last week. We got the crap under the bed in the guest bedroom cleaned out. Does that count?

Movement: Still nothing. I went to Spin class yesterday in hopes that the loud music would startle the kid into doing something. No such luck.

Gender: No clue.

Labor signs: No, thank you.

Belly button: In, but it looks like the bottom part of it might be getting shallower.

Cravings: Nothing. I am sick of eating. Seriously. Who ever met a pregnant lady that didn't feel like eating?

What I miss: Uh, feeling comfortable in my swim suit (I tried laying out last week, I felt like an albino whale. I know, it will only get worse...)

What I'm looking forward to: Still waiting on those kicks.

Don't mind the dirty mirror. At least I got one this week. I think I'm getting rounder, if the shallowing of my belly button is any evidence. Its definitely impossible to suck in now.
